Wow – this clip brings back so many memories! What you are looking at here is probably one of the first penises I ever saw on TV. I used to think this 28 second scene was the hottest thing ever!

Some of you might remember this scene – It’s from a 1994 HBO undercover documentary called The Prisoners of Rikers Island. In ’94 I would have been around 10 years old.
