This is probably one of the hottest workout videos that I’ve seen in a while. It actually keeps me interested – for all the wrong reasons of course!

We should also all give a big thanks to the cameraman for focusing in on the areas of most importance as body builder Ryan Nelson works out his ass…his ass…and his ass. :)

  Normally am bored by workout vids but this is hot!!! thank heavens for the thighs, and the associated bits! I see what you mean about the sweat at the “end.” Thankfully he didn’t wear baggy shorts like the rest of the gym-mates. Thanks for uploading!!!!

  What gym is this? I clearly need to start going there. Boys aren’t allowed to workout shirtless at my gym =(

    @, Since he’s from Pittsburgh, PA, I would guess the gym is there also. As for the gym, I was impressed how well it seemed to be maintained. Shirtless … I’m sure that was an exception to the rule. Of note was the fact that no one else was shirtless. He does have great lower body development. That ass and those legs were stunning!

  No entiendo porqué lo dejan entrenar sin camiseta y sin toalla… en mi gimnasio esto no seria permitido.
